Privacy policy
This page explains what RunRobot stores and why when you use the site, dashboard, arena, and API.
Information we collect
When you sign in with GitHub, RunRobot receives the account information GitHub shares with us, such as your GitHub user id, login, name, email address if available, and avatar.
We also store service data created while you use RunRobot, including API key metadata, simulation launch requests, arena votes, and related account activity needed to operate the product.
We keep technical and security logs associated with requests to help run the service, detect abuse, and debug reliability issues.
How we use information
We use collected information to authenticate accounts, provide dashboard access, run simulations, record arena activity, secure the platform, and improve reliability.
What we share
RunRobot may share information with infrastructure, authentication, and hosting providers when needed to operate the service. Public leaderboards show aggregate results, not private account details or raw vote history.
Retention and updates
We keep information for as long as needed to operate, secure, and improve RunRobot, or as otherwise required by law. We may update this policy from time to time by revising this page.
